Now, we are taking a second step by allowing you to request a deposit or full payment online when the client schedules an appointment through GOrendezvous.

This is now possible on GOrendezvous!

We are confident that this new feature will help you retain your clients more efficiently.

To enable the option, go to Account Settings / Employees & Services / Waiting List.

Your clients will then be able to add themselves to your waiting list if they can’t find an appointment within the first few weeks and you’ll be notified by email.

You offer a service that does not require sending reminders? You do not want to send notifications for a specific service?

It is now possible to disable sending notifications and/or reminders by email and/or SMS depending on your services.

Go to Account Settings /  Client Communications / Appointment Reminders to set your client’s communications.
