In order to allow more flexibility in the appointment booking with professionals within a same business or clinic, we have moved some options from the business level to the employee level.
The option allowing new clients to book appointments or not has been moved to the employee level and renamed to “New clients must call to request their first appointment”. The message displayed to clients can be customized.
The option to explicitly accept appointment requests or not has been moved to the employee level and renamed to “Automatically accept all appointment bookings from clients”.
These two options are independent from each other and moved to the employee under the section Options.
