You can now choose when we will send the appointment reminders to your clients. You can send them from 1 to 5 days before.
Also, you can choose to never send reminders on weekends. By default, we do not send reminders on weekends anymore, but you can change this in your account.
For example, if you send reminders 2 days before your appointments, the reminder for an appointment on Monday will be sent on the preceding Thursday instead of the preceding Saturday. So, if a client cancels on reception of the reminder, you will have more time to invite another client… maybe from your waiting list?
