You have more professionals than available rooms and it has become a pain to manage?
No problem, simply assign rooms to your professionals’ work schedules and we’ll help you manage them properly. When looking at an employee’s work schedule, you will see which room is associated to their work schedule availabilities.
You can select a room and see all employees scheduled in it. You can also see all appointments booked in the room. This can be very practical if an employee wants to schedule an appointment with a client outside his planned schedule and needs to know if a room is available.
