Dependents – Easily manage your client’s children accounts

We are happy to announce the new dependent management functionality. This allows professionals to add children accounts to the account of a parent. When a professional schedules an appointment with the child, the parent will receive the emails and SMS messages like requests and reminders.

Here is the fastest way to create both a parent account with a child account

  1. Create the client account of the parent with all the information available. No need to click on the Add button at this point.
  2. Under the section Dependents, click on the + button
  3. This action automatically saves the parent account information
  4. Enter the child’s information or select the child from the selector at the top of the page if the child account already exists.
  5. Click on Add

That’s it! The child account should be visible in the parent’s dependent list and in your client list.
